Chord Progressions Fun

This week’s homework should be fun.  First, find A Long Walk — Words and Music by Andre Harris and Jill Scott.  The chord progression starts with Bm9, E11, B/C# and then Bm9, Gmaj7/A, B/F# (repeat two more times).  That’s just the first 8 measures/bars of the song.  If you have time, listen to our discussion on CMajor Before The Show and The CMajor Radio Show.  Both shows are now available on the Spreaker platform.

For extra homework, look at Just Friends (Sunny) by Musiq, Rock Steady, Tell Me Something Good and Boogie, Oogie, Oogie.  Have fun!  We’ll see you next week!  Thank you for listening.
