Simple Classics for Piano

We certainly hope you enjoyed our recent podcast exploring simple classics for piano.  It’s a term borrowed from the 1950s.  For this week’s homework, see if you too can “explore the wonders of a piano” by choosing and playing some chords to the following tunes…in the key of C Major.

  • Prelude by F. Chopin
  • Spring Song by F. Mendelssohn
  • Largo from New World Symphony by A. Dvorak

These melodies are ‘here-to-stay’ and “everyone” knows them…

See you next week.  Thank you for listening and tuning in.
